Our 6 week Introduction to Strength Training Course is a great option for kids, teens, and adults alike to learn how to lift weights safely with proper form and technique.

Personalized Strength Training
This is a monthly membership option for people who want some guidance on exercise variation and technique without the one on one setting with a personal trainer. Members are written a program to follow based on their individual needs and goals and a coach will be present to show you new exercises and proper technique. Strength and Conditioning, athletic performance, and general strength training to keep in shape and lose weight are all options within this program.
